Year in review Bloghop (Day 1)

Gedurende de 12 dagen voor kerst hebben mij CT en ik een leuke bloghop voor jullie: A Year in Review. Dit betekent dat er (extra) freebies te downloaden zijn, elke dag op een ander blog. Hierbij komen verschillende van mijn kits, die ook in mijn shop te vinden zijn, voorbij. Vandaag ben ik aan de beurt, met een stackedpaper die gemaakt is met de kit Olympic Summer.

Basic Christmas

Morgen is het al weer Tweede Advent, en dat betekent dat Kerst steeds dichterbij komt. Daarom heb ik twee nieuwe Basic Kits gemaakt, speciaal voor Kerst. Basic Christmas - Green en Basic Christmas - Red zijn de eerste twee, in traditionele kleuren. Natuurlijk zijn ze in de sale totdat ik een nieuwe release heb in mijn shopje.

Tomorrow it's Second Advent already, which means Christmas is getting closer. That's why I have two new Basic Kits, specially for Christmas. Basic Christmas - Green and Basic Christmas - Red are the first two, with traditional colors. Of course they are on sale until I have a new release in my shop.

Of course I made a page myself with these kits. As you can see, I combined both kits. My CT-members did the same. And both Annet and Jennifer made you a freebie to go with these kits. So visit their blogs and don't forget to leave them some love!

Choo, Choo, it's the Christmas Express!

Ding, dong, jingle, jangle. Hoor jij ook wat ik hoor? Het is het einde van het jaar dat met de snelheid van het geluid nadert. Een Kerstgeluid wel te verstaan. En hoewel ik nog niet in Kersstemming ben (eerst Sinterklaas), zijn ze dat aan de andere kant van de oceaan al wel. Om mezelf tijd te besparen, en om toch het Kerstseizoen te starten, heb ik mijn daily-download-bloghop gedeelte van vorig jaar opnieuw ingepakt. Omdat ik toen zoveel had, zijn de flairs, de alphasheets, de extra papers, de wordarts en de templates apart verkrijgbaar in mijn shop.

Colorful World

Een paar weken geleden was ik met m'n dochter voor 1 dagje naar Londen. Na wat sightseeing en een museum, wilden we gaan winkelen. Eén van de winkels waar we heen gingen, was de M&M's Store. Vier verdiepingen met merchandise en snoep. Het was een kleurrijke wereld. Eenmaal thuis had ik inspiratie genoeg en Colorful World was geboren. Het is nu in mijn winkel (met 50% korting voor de eerste week)

A few weeks ago I went with my daughter for a one-day trip to London. After some sightseeing and a museum, we wanted to do some shopping. One of the stores we visited, was the M&M's Store. Four floors with merchandise and sweets. It was a colorful world. At home I had so much inspiration and Colorful World was born. It's in my shop right now (and 50% off for the first week).

Wie kent dit liedje van Enya nog? Nee, jij niet? Jammer, want het is de perfecte song voor de nieuwste kit van Desings by Sarah. Sail away with me is er natuurlijk ook voor al je cruises of ferryovertochten. Of wat dacht je van andere boottochtjes of een dagje aan zee of in een haven? Genoeg mogelijkheden dus!

Do you still remember this song by Enya? No, you don't? That's a pitty, because it's the perfect song for the new kit made by Desings by Sarah. Sail away with me is perfect for all your cruises, trips on a ferry or boats, day at the beach or spending time in any harbour. Lots of uses!

Ni hao! Welcome to China

Gisteren werd de 7de Designer Challenge van MouseScrappers gereleased. Mijn gedeelte ging over Shan Yu, de tegenstander van Mulan. Nadat ik die minikit klaar had, ben ik begonnen met een grote kit over deze Chinese Prinses. Het is een Chinese kit met een heleboel meisjesdingen erbij. Ik ben zelf erg blij met het resultaat. Het is deze week met 50% korting te vinden in mijn shop. Natuurlijk heb ik ook nog een freebie, scroll daarvoor naar beneden.

Yesterday was the release of the 7th Designer Challenge at MouseScrappers. My part was about Shan Yu, Mulan's opponent. After finishing that minikit, I decided to honour that Chinese Princess with her own big kit. It turned out to be a kit with Chinese stuff and jampacked with 'girly'things. I'm really pleased with the result. This week it's available in my shop with 50% refund. Of course I made a freebie with it as well, scroll down to find it.

Greatest Hunter

Tegelijkertijd met de release van de Designer Challenge, heeft Designs by Sarah ook haar release. Zij had voor Gaston gekozen en heeft naast een deel voor in de challenge, ook een complete kit in dat thema gemaakt. Natuurlijk heb ik ook een knutsel gemaakt, iets heel anders dan Gaston!

Together with the release of the Designer Challenge, Designs by Sarah had her own release as well. She choose Gaston as her Villain and besides the minikit for the challenge, she also made a big kit for her own store. Of course I scrapped with it, something completely different than Gaston.

Designer Challenge #7

Het is weer zover, de onthulling van de Designer Challenge op MouseScrappers. Deze keer was het thema 'Villains', oftwel de Disney schurken. Ieder mocht z'n eigen favoriet uitkiezen. Ik heb gekozen voor Shan Yu, de vechter tegen het Chinese Imperium en de tegenstander van Mulan. Deze keer heb ik het anders aangepakt. Ik heb een minikit voor in mijn shop gemaakt (zie morgen) en een sample daarvan is mijn inzending voor de Desinger Challenge.

It's that time of the month, the release of the Desinger Challenge at MouseScrappers. This time things went a little bit different. The theme was 'Villains' and everybody had to choose their favorite. I picked Shan Yu, the fighter against the Chinese Empire and Mulan's opponent. I did things a little bit different this time; I made a minikit to go in my shop (tomorrow) and a sample of it is my part of the Desinger Challenge.

Of course I'll join in the bloghop. To go with this minikit I made an alpha (lowercase, uppercase, numbers and punctuation).

Cup of Tea, my dear?

Wil jij ook een kopje thee? Of ben je meer het koffie type? Ik drink eingelijk maar 1 kopje thee op werkdagen, als ik dat al drink. Ik hou het bij water, en daarmee kom ik makkelijk aan de 1,5 liter die geadviseerd wordt. Als je liever cupcakes, snoep of taart hebt, dat kan natuurlijk ook om je onjaardag te vieren in Wonderland. Dus ga met me mee naar een teaparty bij die gekke man. Cup of Tea? is mijn nieuwste release en te vinden in mijn shop. Het is perfect voor rondjes draaien in theekopjes, teaparties en (on)jaardag vieringen.

Do you want a cup of tea? Or are you more a coffee drinking type of person? I don't really drink both, just one cup of tea on my working days (if I have time to get one). I do drink lots of water, with that I reach the adviced 1.5 liters per day easily. But if you prefer cupcakes, sweets and icecream, you always can celebrate your un-birthday in Wonderland. She's Brave!

Vandaag weer een nieuwe release van Designs by Sarah. En als je haar tripreport van haar laatste Disney-bezoek hebt gelezen, zal het je niet verbazen dat er een Brave-kit aan zat te komen! ;-) Will'o the Wisp is vanaf vandaag bij haar te verkrijgen en is niet alleen geschikt voor prinses Merida. Het is zeker ook voor allerlei buitensporten zoals boogschieten geschikt. Of wat dacht je van The Great Outdoors en/of allerlei Scandinavische landen? Heel veelzijdig dus!

Today a new release by Designs by Sarah. And if you have read (or watched the photos that go with it) her tripreport about her last trip to Disneyland Paris, you would have guessed the theme Brave! ;-) Will'o the Wisp is available from now on in her store and it's not only usable for princess Merida. You can use it for those outdoorssports like archery. Or what to think of The Great Outdoors and/or al kinds of Scandinavian countries? Very versatile!
