Bye, bye June! Hello Summer?

Kan jij het geloven dat juni alweer bijna voorbij is? Dat betekent ook dat we al weer halverwege 2013 zijn! En hoewel we, op een paar dagen na, nog niet echt zomer hebben gehad hier in Nederland, heb ik de zomer maar in mijn nieuwste release gebracht! P12-June is de nieuwste in mijn P12 serie en zit barstensvol met zon, zee, cocktails, slippers en ander zomers plezier! Vanaf nu in mijn shop te vinden, met 50% korting!

New Metal Alpha and some oldies!

Omdat het weer hier in Nederland nu zo lekker is, heb ik veel tijd buiten doorgebracht: lezen, wandelen of gewoon zitten in de tuin. Heerlijk! Dit betekent echter ook dat ik niet zo veel tijd achter de computer heb doorgebracht en dus ook niet zo veel gedesigned heb... Daarom een kleine nieuwe release: Metal Alpha is zeer veelzijdig door z'n lichte, metalen kleur! Deze week natuurlijk met korting in mijn shop (preview is gelinkt). Daarnaast heb ik een paar oudere release op nieuw ingepakt en gebundeld!

Because of the nice weather here in the Netherlands, I spent a lot of time outside: reading, walking or just sitting in the garden. Wonderful! This means I didn't spent much time at the computer though. I didn't design much either... That's why I have a small release this week: Metal Alpha is very versatile because of it's light, metal look. This week on sale with a big discount in my shop (preview is linked). Besides this new release, I re-pakaged some older releases and even bundled some of them!

Garden Party, Female

Hier in Nederland is het morgen Moederdag. En waar kan dat beter gevierd worden dan in de tuin? Daarom ben ik begonnen met een nieuwe kit: Garden party, Female. Omdat wij vorige week een paar dagen naar Disneyland en Parijs waren, heb ik nu alleen de kit in mijn shop. Volgende week heb ik nog verschillende add-ons en een bundel. De kit is deze week met korting te verkrijgen.

Here in the Netherlands it's Mother's Day tomorrow. And what's a better place to celebrate then the garden? That's why I started with my newest kit: Garden party, Female. Because we were in Disneyland and Paris for a few days last week, I only have the kit in my shop for now. Next week I'll have several add-ons and a bundle. The kit is on sale this week!

Designer Challenge #10: Petit Pirate!

Eindelijk is er weer een Designer Challenge geweest. Deze keer hadden we weer een kleurenschema (niet helemaal mijn kleuren) waarmee een ieder z'n eigen thema kon bedenken. Het eerste waar ik aan moest denekn was: piraten, en dan vooral die ene die de schrik van de Caribbische Zee is. Het is niet helemaal geworden wat ik er van verwachte, het is wat schattiger geworden. Vandaar de titel: Petit Pirate, oftewel Kleine Piraat! Iedereen die mee heeft gedaan aan de challenge, krijgt alle delen gratis. Vanaf morgen is dit minikitje ook in mijn shop te vinden (wat later dan gebruikelijk). Natuurlijk heb ik ook een freebie gemaakt, zie onderaan!

Finally there's been a new Designer Challenge. This time we had, again, a colorpalette (not quite my colors), everybody could choose their own theme. When seeing the colors, the first thing I thought of was: pirate, and espacially that one who's the fear of the Caribbean Sea! My minikit didn't really turn out the way I wanted, it turned out to be little bit cute. That's why I choose my title: Petit Pirate, also know as Little Pirate! Everyone who joined in the challenge get all parts for free. A tomorrow my part will be in my shop too (a little later than normally). Of course I made a freebie too, see down below!

Dream Castle

Nog een paar dagen en dan is het zover. Voor het eerst in 115 jaar zal Nederland weer een Koning hebben! Dus toen ik dit kleurenschema zag, moest ik meteen aan iets Royaals denken. In eerste instantie het kasteel van het een pretpark nabij Parijs, maar toch ook ook de kroning van prins Willem-Alexander en zijn vrouw prinses Maxima! En nu is dan bijna zover. Gisteren zijn de feestelijkheden al begonnen met de Koningsspelen voor alle basischoolkinderen. En ook mijn shop zal de feestelijkheden mee vieren (later meer). In ieder geval is Dream Castle nu te vinden in mijn shop. Natuurlijk zullen de nieuwe Koning en Koningin hun dromen hebben, voor henzelf, voor ons land en de toekomst. Ik wens hen dan ook veel geluk en wijsheid toe! En dat het geen Droom Kasteel blijkt te zijn!

Just a few more days to go and then it's here. For the first time in about 115 years my country, the Netherlands, will have a King! So when I saw this colorscheme, I immediately thought of something Royal. At first of a castle in a themepark near Paris, but also of the coronation of prince Willem-Alexander and his wife princess Maxima. And now it's almost here. Yesterday the festivities started with the Kingsgames, a day full of sports and games for all elementry school kids. And my shop will celebrate too (tell you more about that later). Anyway, Dream Castle can now be found in my shop. Of course the new King and Queen will have their dreams, for themselves, our country and the future. I want to wish them luck and wisdom. And hope it's not a Dream Castle they're building.

As you probably know by now, April is my favorite month. And purple is one of my favorite colors, so the newest kit in the P12 series has purple. Ja, ja, wat zal ik daar mee bedoelen? Nou heel simpel: gisteren was onze trouwdag (Anniversary) en vandaag is het mijn verjaardag (Birthday) en bestaat Romajo's Scrap Shop 1 jaar (Designerversary)!! Genoeg te vieren en daarom kom ik nu met 2 kits en een sale vandaag! De eerste is Enchanted Night, een full kit met 2 add-ons (flairs en paperpack). Perfect voor het scrappen van de liefde van nu, maar ook van vroeger. De kit kan hier in mijn shop gevonden worden.

Yeah, yeah, what would I mean with that? Well, it's quite simple: yesterday was our wedding Anniversary and today is my Birthday and Romajo's Scrap Shop turns one, so it's also my Designerversary! Oh happy April Morning!

April is echt 'mijn maand'. Niet alleen omdat ik geboren ben in deze maand, ik ben ook de dag voordat ik 26 werd getrouwd met de liefste man van de wereld! En naast al deze gebeurtenissen vind ik de natuur in april op z'n mooist: bloesems aan de bomen, bloemen die bloeien en het weer dat warmer wordt (hoewel er nog steeds sneeuwdagen bij kunnen zitten!). Dus toen ik de colorswatch challenge bij With Love Studio zag, wist ik gewoon dat ik er een 'april' kit mee moest maken. En die kit (April Morning) is nu te vinden in mijn shop. Deze week in de sale!

April is really 'my month'. Not only am I born in this month, the day before I turned 26 I got wed to the best man in the world! And besides all these happenings, I think nature in April is at it's best: love the trees in full bloom, the flowers and the weather getting warmer (although we can have snow now and then). So when I saw the colorswatch challenge at With Love Studio, I knew I had to make an 'April' kit with it. And that kit (April Morning) can be found in my shop right now. And this week it's on sale!

Morgen is het alweer Pasen en natuurlijk hoop ik dat de Paashaas ook hier langs komt met wat lekkere eieren. Komt hij niet, dan heb ik in ieder geval nog mijn nieuwste release: Bunny HOP. Gemaakt met het zelfde kleurenpalet als de freebie die ik hier gisteren al had geplaatst. Bunny HOP zit barstensvol paaseieren, bloemen, paashazen en andere (baby)dieren. Naast de kit en de freebie, heb ik ook nog extra elements (chipped, metal en wooden), extra papers (embossed, distressed en glittersheets), flairs en wordarts. Natuurlijk is er ook een bundel.
