Summer Special, Week 7

#FabFall: November Rain

November... meestal grijs en regenachtig. Samen met januari mijn minst favoriete maand. Echt van die maanden om de hele dag in bed te blijven met een warm drankje en een goed boek. Maar ook een tijd om juist lekker uit te waaien en de regen je zorgen weg te laten spoelen. #FabFall: November Rain gaat vooral over het regenachtige weer, herfst stormen (maar ook de stormen in je eigen leven) en het sombere gevoel dat je soms zomaar kan overvallen. De kit heeft 24 papers, 35 elements en 2 alphas (waarvan 1 een complete alpha is en de andere met alleen hoofletters en getallen).

#FabFall: Family Time

Tijd door brengen met je familie en je gezin, wie wil dat nou niet? Zelfs als je samen niks doet, is het geen verloren tijd. Om dat gevoel te scrappen heb ik een nieuwe kit in the #FabFall serie. #FabFall: Family Time gaat over het samen tijd doorbrengen, het heeft warme kleuren en een beetje een vintage uitstraling. De kit bevat 18 papers, 50 elements en 1 complete alpha.

Spending time with your family, who doesn't like it? Even when you are doing nothing together, it's still not time wasted. To scrap that feeling I made a new kit in the #FabFall series. #FabFall: Family Time is all about being together, has warm colors and a bit of vintage touch. The kit contains 18 papers, 50 elements and 1 full alpha.

#FabFall: Monster Mash

Komt deze kit je bekend voor? Heel goed mogelijk dat je hem dan al hebt. In oktober was dit de DigiExpress freebie. Mocht je het toen toch gemist hebben, dan heb je nu een tweede kans. Welkom bij al weer de 23ste Designer Challenge van MouseScrappers! Ook deze keer kregen we weer een kleuren palet en konden we ons eigen thema kiezen. De kleuren deden me aan Halloween en aan de herfst denken. En vooral ook aan alle oranje versieringen die we vorig jaar in Walt Disney World zagen in onder andere Main Street. Met recht was dat dus een magische herfst! En dat kon ik dan meteen weer combineren met mijn #FabFall serie. Als mijn inzending voor de challenge heb ik een gedeelte van de grote kit gedaan, samen met een exclusieve alpha. De enige manier om die alpha te krijgen, was door mee te doen. De elementen en de papers zitten ook in de grote kit. #FabFall: Magic Fall is nu verkrijgbaar in mijn shop. Natuurlijk met 50% korting gedurende de eerste week!

Welcome to the 23rd Designer Challege at MouseScrappers! This time we got a color palette again and could choose our own theme. The colors reminded me of Halloween and autumn. And most of all it made me think of all the decorations we saw in Walt Disney World last year in Main Street for example. You can say that was a magic fall! And I could combine this with the #FabFall series I have. As my submission i picked some papers and elements from the big kit I made and added an axclusive alpha to it. The only way to get it, was to participate in the challenge. The elements and papers from my submission can be found in this new kit. #FabFall: Magic Fall is now available in my shop. Of course it has a 50% discount for the first week!

#FabFall: Mystic Morning

Herfstochtenden hier in Nederland staan er bekend om: mist! Gevaarlijk als je de weg op moet, zeker als het nog niet helemaal licht is. Daarnaast is dit ook de tijd van jaar waarbij je je karateskills weer kan beoefenen, want voor je het weet loop je door een spinnenweb! Dus nadat ik vorige week de #FabFall: Scary Night kit heb uitgebracht, heb ik nu het vervolg. #FabFall: Mystic Morning gaat helemaal over mist in de ochtend, het moment wanneer de zon haar stralen er doorheen werpt en de spinnenweb-karate. Ook deze kit is natuurlijk met 50% korting gedurende de eerste week!

Autumn mornings here in the Netherlands are well known for it: fog! Dangerous when you have to hit the road, especially when it's not completely light yet. Besides the mist in the morning, it's also the time of the year you find yourself practicing your karate moves while walking through the spiderwebs. So now that i had released #FabFall: Scary Night last week, it's now time for it's sequal. #FabFall: Mystic Morning is all about mist in the morning, that moment when the sun beams through it and spiderweb-karate. Of course is this kit available with 50% discount for the first week as well!

#FabFall: Scary Night

Vandaag is the engste dag van het jaar. Vanavond zullen we boze geesten, spoken, zombies en andere enge creaties to leven zien komen. Tenmiste, dat gebeurd in die delen van de wereld waar vanavond Halloween wordt gevierd, de avond voor de dag dat we aan hen denken die ons zijn ontvallen. Het is de avond dat de doden weer tot leven komen, waar je iedereen tot op het bot kan laten schrikken, om je te verkleden (zowel kinderen als volwassenen) en de avond dat je naar buiten gaat voor een rondje 'trick-or-treat'. Het is de avond van de angst, de avond voor Allerheiligen... Het is tijd om het uit te schreeuwen... Het is Halloween!
Om Halloween te vieren (zelfs al is het niet zo heel groots hier in Nederland) heb ik mijn engste kit ooit gemaakt en het is onderdeel van de #FabFall serie. En ook al heb ik een heks, een doodshoofd, wat vleermuizen, spinnen en een enge pompoen toegevoegd, het ziet er nog steeds een beetje schattig uit. Ik denk dat ik gewoon geen enge dingen kan maken, waarschijnlijk omdat ik niet zo van horror houd. Hoe dan ook, #FabFall: Scary Night is nu te vinden in mijn shop. Natuurlijk met korting gedurende de eerste week!
Een fijne Halloween en veel plezier als je er op uit gaat vanavond!

Today is the scariest day of the year. Tonight we will see ghosts, goblins, ghouls, zombies and any other horrorific creature come to life. At least this will happen if you live anywhere in the world where they celebrate Halloween, the night before we think of those who fell us apart. It's the night when the death come alive again, where you can scare everyone to pieces, to dress up (kids and adults alike) and go outside to trick-or-treat. The night of fright, All Hallow's Eve... It's time to scream... It's Halloween!
To celebrate Halloween (even though it's not so big here in the Netherlands) I created my scariest kit ever and it is part of the #FabFall series as well. And even though I added a witch, a skull, some bats, spiders and a scary pumpkin, it still is looking cute too. I think I just can't create anything too horrorfying, because I don't like horror myself... Anyway, you can now get #FabFall: Scary Night in my shop. Of course it's on sale for the first week.

#FabFall: Corn Picking

Hier in Holland is het oogsten van de mais bijna voorbij. Hier en daar zal er nog wel wat op de velden staan, net als de maisdoolhoven die open zijn. Lang zal het echter niet meer duren voordat echt alles van het land is. Mijn nieuwste kit in de #FabFall serie gaat over mais, het plukken van mais tijdens een wandeling en over ontdekkingstochten door het maisdoolhof. #FabFall: Corn Picking is nu verkrijgbaar in mijn shop, natuurlijk met 50% korting gedurende de eerste week!

Here in Holland the harvest of the corn is almost over. Here and there might be some fields left, just like the corn mazes that are still open. But it won't take long before everything is picked from the fields. My latest kit in the #FabFall series is all about corn, corn picking during a walk and adventures in corn mazes. #FabFall: Corn Picking is now available in my shop, of course with 50% discount during the first week.

Ook deze week heb ik weer een kit in de #FabFall serie. Deze keer voor al die glorieuze momenten, wanneer de herfst op zijn mooist is. Blauwe luchten en bladeren in goud, brons, oranje en bruin. Wanneer de lucht vol is van allerlei mogelijkheden en kansen voor de toekomst. Die dagen die je een 'glorious feeling' geven. #FabFall: Glorious Autumn is voor al die dingen om te scrappen en voor altijd te bewaren. Natuurlijk is de kit verkrijgbaar met korting gedurende de eerste week!

This week I have a new kit in the #FabFall series again. This time it's for all those glorious moments, when autumn is on it's best. Blue skies and leaves in gold, bronze, orange and brown. When the air is full of possibilities and oppartunities. Those days that give you a 'glorious feeling'. #FabFall: Glorious Autumn is to scrap all these memories and keep them forever. #FabFall: Autumn Wedding

Hoewel misschien niet het eerste thema waar je aan denkt bij herfst, zijn er toch genoeg mensen die er voor kiezen: trouwen in deze tijd van het jaar. In het laatste weekend van september trouwde de juf van mijn dochter. En vier jaar geleden trouwden ook mijn zwager en schoonzus in oktober. En zowel mijn eigen ouders als mijn schoonouders kozen er voor om in oktober (aan het begin van de jaren '70) te trouwen. Daarom gaat de nieuwste kit in de #FabFall serie daarover. #FabFall: Autumn Wedding is nu verkrijgbaar in mijn WLS-shop. En hoewel bedoeld voor bruiloften is het ook zeker bruikbaar voor alles wat nog meer met de liefde te maken heeft: baby's, je kinderen of een romantisch uitje met je geliefde.

Maybe not the first theme you think of when speaking of autumn, but there are many people who choose these months for it: getting married in this time of the year. On the last Friday of Septmber my daughter's teacher got married. And 4 years ago we got to celebrate the wedding of my brother-in-law to his lovely wife. And even both my own parents as my parents-in-law choose October (in the early '70's) to get wed. That's why my latest kit in the #FabFall series is about this theme. #FabFall: Autumn Wedding is now available in my WLS-shop. And although meant for weddings I think it's useful to scrap about anything your love: babies, your kids or a romantic getaway with your beloved one.

And as you can see, I could scrap on and on with this kit... I couldn't limit myself to only one page, so I created 3! And I still wasn't out of ideas... just didn't have more time!

#FabFall: Leaf Peeping

In New England schijnt het helemaal groots the zijn: het kijken naar de verandering van kleur van de blaadjes aan de bomen. Er zijn zelfs hele trips voor. Maar ook in andere delen van de wereld beginnen de bladeren nu van kleur te veranderen en is het leuk om er naar te kijken of doorheen te rijden. #FabFall: Leaf Peeping gaat over het maken van dat soort trips. De kit heeft 24 papers, 50 elementjes en een complete alpha en is verkrijgbaar met korting gedurende de eerste week.

In New England it's quite a big thing: leaf peeping and watch the color changing on the trees. There are even 'Fall Foliage' trips to make. But in other parts of the world you can see the change as well. It's fun to watch and the make scenic routes. #FabFall: Leaf Peeping is all about those trips. Het is die tijd van het jaar: net geen zomer meer, maar ook nog geen herfst. De nachten zijn koeler en de ochtenden fris. De middagen kunnen daarentegen nog best warm zijn. Van dat weer dat je 's ochtends een trui aan moet, maar 's middags in je shirt kan lopen. It's that time of year: not summer anymore, but also not autumn yet. The nights become cooler and the mornings have crisp air. The afternoons can be kind of warm though. It's that kind of weather where you have to wear a sweater in the morning and a shirt in the afternoon. #FabFall: Rustic Fall

Deze kit was afgelopen augustus onderdeel van The DigiExpress. Heb je het toen gemist of niet alle onderdelen kunnen downloaden? Het is nu onderdeel van de #FabFall serie in mijn shop. #FabFall: Owly You

Ziet deze kit er bekend uit? Dat is heel goed mogelijk, want het was onderdeel van de 4de So Long Summer Grabbag (vorige week). Het is ook een release in mijn oude shop geweest. #FabFall: Owly You was ooit gemaakt als Valentijnsdag kit, maar vanwege de kleuren en de schattige uiltjes, vond ik het nu meer een herfst kit. Daarom dat het nu onderdeel is van de #FabFall series.

Does this kit look familiar? Quite possible, because it was part of the 4th So Long Summer Grabbag (last week). It has been a release in my former shop as well. #FabFall: Owly You was formerly made as a Valentine's Day kit, but because of the colors and the cute owls, I thought this was more an autumn kit. That's why it's now part of the #FabFall series.

Besides the kit there were Brads, Flairs and Stickers as well. They were not part of the grabbag! For the release at With Love Studio I also created a new Paper Pack with solid, glitter and ombre papers. All packs are available seperately. Do you want to save (a lot of) money? #FabFall: Playful Squirrels

Omdat op het Noordelijk Halfrond de herfst bijna gaat beginnen, heb ik vaarwel gezegd tegen alle #SummerFun kits en ben ik begonnen met een nieuwe serie: #FabFall. De eerste kit in die serie is eigenlijk een 'gouwe ouwe'. Deze kit (en de add-ons) had ik al in mijn eerdere shop. #FabFall: Playful Squirrels is nu verkrijgbaar bij With Love Studio.

Because on the Northern Hemisphere fall is just around the corner, I said farewell to all #SummerFun kits and started a new serie: #FabFall. This first kit is actually a 'golden oldie', because I had it (and the add-ons) in my former shop. #FabFall: Playful Squirrels is now available in my With Love Studio shop.

Besides the kit I have some add-ons as well: brads, flairs, stickers, a paper pack with basic papers and a paper pack with solids/glitters/disteressed papers. Of course you can get the bundle as well. Everything (yes, even the bundle) is available with 50% discound for the first week.
