This sentence is known as the first (poetic) line in Dutch language and means so much as 'Have all birds started with nests except for me and you, what are we waiting?' When my daughter had to learn this for history, it inspired me to create a spring kit all about birds and their nests. Olla Vogala is not only perfect to scrap those spring and bird photos, but is versatile enough to scrap your kids, bebies and so much more.

Re-releasing Go Outdoors

Today I rereleased Go Outdoors. Perfect to scrap your first day spent outside now that Spring is just around the corner. Walking in the Woods, take a ride on your bike or going down the river in a Canoe, all these activities can now be scrapped.

Celebrate With Cake, Collab

Today I am happy to show you the very first collab I made not for shop purposes, but just because we liked the work together. I teamed up with Robyn of Scrapbookcrazy Creations by Robyn. We made a kit that is perfect for any celebration in life: birthdays, anniversaries and any other celebrations too. And what better way than to celebrate with cake? Newsletter Freebie

To celebrate the opening of my new shop at Plain Digital Wrapper, I made a special newsletter freebie. During March 2017 this free alpha, add-on to Of Bees & Bears (which is one of the kits already available at my new shop) will be send to all who are signed up to my newsletter. So if you aren't signed up yet, now is the time to do and stay in the loop of all the news (and special freebies too).
I mostly send my newsletters out on Saturday, unless I have a super special announcement. Most freebies are available in my newsletter for the whole month. When the new month starts, it will be updated with a new freebie.

Under African Sky

Another kit that has been released before, made it to my Plain Digital Wrapper. Under African Sky is now available as well. And it is perfect to scrap your days to the zoo, safari adventures or for those who can't wait to be king.
Besides the kit, I also added what I made as submission for the Designer Challenge: 10 gradiënt papers and 2 full alphas. So don't forget the add-on.

Of Bees & Bears, kit & (new) add-ons

Of Bees & Bears has been previously released, but it has been added to my Plain Digital Wrapper store as well. Honey overloaded, with buzzing bees and cute bears, it's perfect to scrap your lovely honeys, your visits to the zoo or the bee farm.

Previously there were only a set of worstrips as add-on available. Now you can get journalingcards, stickers and templates too in my PDW shop.

With Love, kit & add-ons

A new shop, a new kit. With Love is all about romance, weddings, engagements, love and so much more. With a touch of vintage, it's perfect to scrap your heritage pages as well. The kit is filled so many sweet goodies: 24 patterned papers and more than 110 elements.

DC#31 is here!

Yes, MouseScrapper's Designer Challenge #31 got revealed today! The colors made me think of the national flags/banners of several countries you can visit at Epcot's World Showcase. But since I ran out of time, I only did some basics and a Mickey Style add-on for the bloghop. Nothing really exciting, but since it's all so basic, you can use if with so many other kits you have already, so you'll love it anyway!

Exciting news to shareTwo Sneak Peeks

Finally, I have some awesome news for you to share!
While the opening of With Love Studio has been delayed and Scrappy Bee closing down all of a sudden, I took the plunge and applied at some toher shops.
And now I can finally share it with all of you, because my first shop will open on March 1! I'm really excited to be at Plain Digital Wrapper as a designer. I have been hanging around in their forums and it is an awesome place to be. They have some fun and unique challenges to explore and a great gallery as well. So if you haven't been to PDW before, I would highly recommend it to you.

And I have two sneak peeks as well. The first is of the new (mega) kit I have coming and the second is of all the add-ons to that kt. Don't forget to check it out on Wednesday, March 1st!

The Digi Expresss:Mixed Tape

A new month and a new Digi Express leaving the station. This time we got some sweet colors that made us think of mixed tapes. Do you remember those days, back in the eighties when you were sitting next to the radio, your finger on the 'rec' button of your tape recorder, waiting for your favorite song to be recorded? Or those tapes you made with your favorite music to bring along roadtrips, so at least you had your music on your walkman before you got bored? Anyway, it inspired us to create such minikits. But, I have to admit, I have been working since Christmas for almost 160 hours, so I didn't have much time to create a proper kit for you. So inspired by tapes, I made a few music elements and added a washi tape style to all of them. Hope you like it anyway!

DC#30: Under African Sky

At MouseScrappers they hosted the 30th Designer Challenge! And, I joined in all of them. This time we got colors again. They made me think of the African savanna while the sun is setting. It also made me think of the Lion King.

To go with the challenge, I made a full kit as well. All about life under the African sky and on the savanna. The kit contains lions, giraffes and elephants, but also baobab trees and African masks. And when you buy Under African Sky at Scrappy Bee, you'll get my submission for the challenge for free as well. It's included in your download links and contains gradiënt papers and 2 full alphas.

With the challenge and the new release, I also joined in the bloghop. I created a Mickey style add on.

A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow

At the begining of the month the Magical Mousetery Tour left for another trip around digiland. The colors and the theme inspired me to create a kit as well. It actually inspired me to create a kit for a specific ride, one with a catchy song that sticks in your mind. A ride that is all about history and progress. A ride that shows the progress during the year (in 4 holidays) and through the decades in technolgy, clothes and history. A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow is not only the name of the song during the ride, it's also the name of my new kit.

Besides the kit I also created 8 extra alphas. Those alphas go with the kit, with the freebie (don't forget to download them all) and with the Magical Tomorrow theme of the Tour. The alphas are basic enough to use on any page as well. You can find the A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, Extra Alphas in my Scrappy Bee shop.
